The efficacy of Galliacid® S in improving performance in poultry is due to the synergistic effect of its components: organic acids and flavouring compounds. The antibacterial power of the acids is enhanced by the disruptive action of flavouring compounds on the bacterial membrane.
The microencapsulation technology used by Vetagro, allows a slow release of the active principles as organic acids and natural identical compounds, along the gastro-intestinal tract modulating the microbial activity in healthy animals, resulting in improved growth performance.
